[PATCH] Banner Grabbing XML and STDOUT

Nmap Developers,

I have attached an new version of my banner patch for 4.03. 

The patch allows for the user to be able to print the response of
a service as the banner. For standard output the users needs
5 verbose flags and for xml the user needs to add 1 verbose flag.

For anyone who is curious why I haven't increased xmlbuf the
reason is that either the service will return a banner or it
won't and therefore, it would have a servicefp. Therefore, there is no
reason to increase the xmlbuf.
