Hi.
From my point of view, it would be very important to
implement some kind of ACLs. I would like to block scanning *.gov and *.mil :) Maybe reverse-dns is some idea? But on the other hand, while scanning whole network it would be stupid to make hundreds of reverse-dns queries just to know if one of machines isn't owned by government.
