Compiling nmap v4.03 failed to find GTK in my Debian box.

Hello, I am having problems compiling nmap v4.03 and it might be a bug. I checked my Debian and I seem to have GTK installed from apt-get command. I didn't have problems with v4.01 FrontEnd when I checked. Here's the nmap compilation log.
