I think i found an error un nmap4.20RC2, but i'm not sure what is happening. I know that nmap4.20RC2 release is imminent, so I'm posting now before I can analyse it deeply.
Thanks Sebastián - that could be the most detailed initial error report I've ever received :). Usually it takes several rounds of back-and-forth to get all that. I also received a report of what I think was the same problem from Craig Humphrey. Please find a candidate patch attached. If you get a chance, would you apply it and let us know if it solves the problem? Thanks, -F
