Hey,

The Nmap Install Guide [1] should have all of the information you need
to get it downloaded.  I recommend TortoiseSVN [2] for using Subversion
on Windows.

Since you're not downloading an executable installer for Windows, you'll
probably need to check out Windows compilation section of the Install
Guide [3].

If you have any problems, I can try to help (but somebody here with more
Windows usage than I do can probably do better).
