Mac Prefixes

Hi all,

I scanned a nokia n95 on my wlan today and got a MAC prefix that isn't
in nmap-mac-prefixes: 00:21:09
At http://standards.ieee.org/cgi-bin/ouisearch?00-21-09 the prefix is
listed as "Nokia Danmark A/S"

It seems that there's quite a few (546 I think) prefixes listed in
http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/oui.txt that aren't in
nmap-mac-prefixes.

So my questions are:
What's the process for adding "missing" prefixes?
Do they need to be properly verified before adding them or can the IEEE
list be trusted?
