Service Detection: Tivoli Storage Manager Agent Web interface - NSE script

I have attached a NSE script that connects to a Tivoli Storage
Manager Agent's web interface and extracts the version.  There
have been a few vulnerabilities associated with the service
and this script provides a version number so that affected services
can be detected and addressed.

This is my first serious attempt at writing a NSE script so any
feedback and suggestions for improvements would be appreciated.
As it is, much of the basic structure is based off Diman's
showHTMLTitle.nse.

Also, are there any preferences for script file or variable
naming?
