Windows Development Now Under VC++2008

Hey everyone,

I've merged my vc2008-testing changes to /nmap , so now Nmap
development on Windows is under VC++2008.

Getting this working is even simpler than VC++2005 because now you
don't have to download a separate installer for the Platform SDK.

You can grab the VC++2008 installer from the Microsoft website[1].
After you install it, just build Nmap as usual.
