Hi, Nmap team work hard this year. Results are really great. You contribute a lot to security and network tools.
+1 on kudos! I gave a talk on nmap nse yesterday in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for a local university. When NSE first became available, I wrote the SMTP Open Relay and HTTP Open Proxy scripts, and made a talk around the open relay one, showing how more than 50% of .edu.ar's MXes were Open Relays. Yesterday, we run a real-time test against the same set of hosts, and only 5 were still open relays. I think Nmap NSE is to blame on that :) - -- Arturo "Buanzo" Busleiman Independent Linux and Security Consultant - SANS - OISSG - OWASP http://www.buanzo.com.ar/pro/eng.html Mailing List Archives at http://archiver.mailfighter.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFI+i6aAlpOsGhXcE0RCst1AJ9VpeXVGpqltR6EhHlqflB5vIVW+ACdGMXd x8mfVNslZ77IzRNEBQzJ/LI= =kBHj -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Sent through the nmap-dev mailing list http://cgi.insecure.org/mailman/listinfo/nmap-dev Archived at http://SecLists.Org
