Removed some "demo" NSE scripts

Hi all. After discussions with David, I've removed some relatively
useless (now) scripts and changed the categories of a couple others.
Here are the details:

o Removed echoTest. It was trivial a "demo" category script which was
just created for testing purposes and I don't think it is needed any
  longer.

o Removed chargenTest.nse for the same reasons as echoTest.

o Removed showHTTPVersion. This was also just created for testing
purposes, and even had code which you had to comment out in order for
  it to ever run.

o Removed showSMTPVersion.nse, as I think SMTPcommands serves this
  purpose better.

o Removed showHTMLTitle from the undocumented "demo" category, but
this great script remains in the "default" and "safe" categories.

o Moved daytimeTest from the "demo" category to "discovery". We
almost decided to remove it entirely. It only handles UDP, and not
the TCP demo service, and it could be performed more efficiently by
modifying the version detection daytime sigs to print the data. But
on the other hand, it can be useful in some circumstances.

This leaves just showSSHVersion and SMTP_openrelay in the undocumented
"demo" category. I don't know whether we should keep showSSHVersion.
Does its technique for avoiding logging still work? Also, I'm not
sure what we should do about SMTP_openrelay. The big issue is what
domain name we use for it.

If anyone has any comments or objects to this, please speak up! Or if
you have other ideas for scripts which should be removed or
recategorized, let us know on nmap-dev.

Cheers,
-F
