We're back online!

The power circuit for the colocation facility rack we're in went down
at 9PM PST and the web site, mailing lists, svn server, DNS, and just
about everything else was down for 2.5 hours until 11:30PM :(.  At
least we're back up now.  There services all seem to have come up from
a quick inspection, but if anything is not working right for you, let
me know.
