Hi Nick,

The error you're getting looks like the same issue that's recently been
added to the TODO list:

o [nsock] Fix Makefile to handle dependencies correctly (if that turns
  out to be the problem).  See
  http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2009/q1/0629.html.
  o Or it may be related to SVN timestampling.  See
  http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2009/q1/0632.html.

The workaround appears to be a 'make clean' in the nsock/src directory.
