Nice!  I think client (and server) SCTP functionality will be great to
have in Ncat, and I've added a note to docs/TODO referencing your
client patch.  Of course it would be a post-stable-version addition,
and it might be best to wait for server (listen) support and add them
both at the same time.

I created /nmap-exp/daniel/nmap-sctp again, this time for keeping
the Ncat SCTP support until the stable release is out of the door
and this code can be merged to trunk.
