Accomplishments:
o Fixed --script-args to accept spaces around unquoted strings [1].
o Starting Version Detection performance tests.

Priorities:
o o Spidering/Caching test and development.
o Test NSE Nsock performance with rapid start (analogous to the
opposite of TCP congestion control slow start) using --packet-trace.
o Tests for ceiling values with parallelism default based on Timing
parameters (-T1-5).
