Yes, it can be troublesome. I had to rerun it few times to tune the
parameters. Even the statistics later. If you have too much data (I was
scanning for 2-3 weeks), make sure that you have enough memory(I've
managed to build stats with 4gb) if you're using
get-favicon-md5-count.pl as it stores everything in a hash.
