It might be worth noting that remote exploitability has been proven for this one against Vista and Windows 2008--exploits are in the wild: http://seclists.org/dailydave/2009/q3/0120.html http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/09/16/windows_vista_exploit_released/ And Microsoft still hasn't produced a patch, right?
