I did install both bison and flex. I'm still recieving the same error.

Matt,

   Do you have bison installed?  That should fix the yylex entry.
"sudo apt-get install bison" should install it.  I think when I setup
Ubuntu boxes I do "sudo apt-get install build-essentials bison flex"
