Thanks for this report. It is fixed in r15983. setup.py inserts a line of code into the installed zenmap script so it can find its libraries no matter where it was installed. It was looking for a certain line so it knew the place at which to insert the code, but that line was removed recently. I changed it to insert the code just before the first non-comment line instead.
