Could I take part with this (or the latest unreleased build of it) as my

It's an aimed Secured Web Server, currently implemented with partial HTTP
v1.1 protocol,

hosted at 2-3 places, including http://sourceforge.net/projects/sitehoster/

OR

otherwise, could enhance my existing basic stealthy Remote Admin. Tool

Thanks, Abhishek. I looked at the descriptions of those projects at the
pages you linked. They seem to me to be outside of the scope of our
Summer of Code projects. (It's not clear how they fit in with Nmap or
our other programs.)

Please look at http://nmap.org/soc/ and see if any of the ideas there
match your skills and interests. Because you seem to have an interest in
HTTP, you might think about trying to write a new HTTP NSE script and
including that with your proposal.
