Latest dist v5.2

I downloaded all the instances of v5.2 from nmap.org/dist/ and checked
them with the latest AVIRA v9

AVIRA´s check result: ... ADSPY/AdSpy.Gen (Adware / Spyware) found in
all instances

Please how to interprete that?

Hints appreciated.
