The patch in my previous mail is currently incomplete. It breaks when
Just today we foud out that this breaks scanning targets that do not return
packets quickly. The problem seems to be that readip_pcap is called
with various timeouts (including 0) whereas my patch makes it
such that only the pcap timeout can be used.
A scan with --min-rate 5000 will thus no longer work.

A new patch was created and is currentlt being tested.
