NMAP exist code 139

Hi,

I tried to run nmap with the following command line:

/usr/bin/nmap -sS --host-timeout 30000ms --defeat-rst-ratelimit -pT:my port
ranges --max-rtt-timeout 300 --initial-rtt-timeout 250 --max-retries 2  -iL
my port range input file.tmp -oX my output file.tmp

I got the following exit code: 139
and the scan stopped

it does not happen all the time. I wanted to ask if anybody knows something
about this code.
