For compile what work?

Hello.
I see The Art of Port Scanning,for compile it i must compile all code in one
file or separate file?
this source code have four part ==>INCLUDES,DEFINES,STRUCTURES and
PROTOTYPES.
i must write this four part in one file?
Please guide me.
