i got your email id from gsoc's website.i have some queries for u. 

i am interested to developing a new protocol in application layer.we found new encryption technique which could offer a 
 high security because in this method key set is made to square of itself i.e 676 key symboys will be used here instead 
of 26 symbols

.as for this summer i can show text compression and text encryption which takes place i a single step.is this possible 
for ur esteem org to facilitate us.i am learng the java. but i am sure that i can implement it in java.
