Small documentation error in snmp-brute

Hello,

I've found a small NSEDoc error in the snmp-brute. It says that if the
SNMP community string isn't supplied, the script will not run. It
should be that if the string IS supplied the script doesn't run.
I'll commit a fix if that's alright?
