Secwiki is for working on ideas, so it should be ok to add even more

It would seem that way, but we have actually found that the vague
ideas kind of jam up the works. If even the author of the entry
doesn't know (or write down) a way to make it into a concrete script
idea, it is very hard for others to make progress. So when you have a
rough idea which could possibly be made into some sort of script, I
think it is best to discuss it here on the mailing list first. Then
if you're able to work out a concrete script idea from that, post it
to the SecWiki ideas page.

Of course you don't have to have everything hashed out at the time of
psoting to SecWiki. You can note different options for implementing
the script. But the basics of what exactly the script is supposed to
do should be there.

Also, (concrete) new library and infrastructure ideas are welcome on
the script ideas page too. So maybe the name is a bit of a misnomer.

Cheers,
Fyodor
