bug nmap 5.51 in windows xp sp 2

I'm scanning my own Windows XP and get too much ports open. It's happen even in a fresh Windows XP without any other 
software except the mainboard driver. Here is the scan result in xml. I'm using nmap 5.51 in Windows XP SP 2.
