[NSE] New script unusual-port

Hi all,

I just committed the script unusual-port that compares the discovered
service on a port against the service in nmap-services and reports
deviations.
The script requires a service scan to be run in order to be able to get
relevant results, and therefore reports a warning in case it detects that
this wasn't done.
