[NSE] BitCoin patch

Hi list,

I just applied a patch to the BitCoin library that Andrew Orr and I have
been working on as r28104.
It addresses the changes to the protocol that were made earlier today
(midnight UTC the 20th), breaking backward compatibility.
Although most clients have had support for this built-in for a long time
and would automatically start behaving differently, I had completely missed
this in the library.
