[PATCH] Modifying packet rate dynamically (enhanced Interactive keyboard commands)

Hi all, I've coded a simple patch that allows to change the minimum/maximum packet rate using the interactive keyboard. I've found useful this "feature" when facing an environment that is sensitive to network scans. With this patch you can start playing slow and nicely, increasing the speed if no problems were found on the environment (avoiding to launch Nmap again with different packet rate configuration). In short words, it allows to change the Nmap packet-rate parameters (--max-rate and --min-rate) dynamically: '+' and '-' keys will increase/decrease the maximum packet rate (but only if --max-rate was specified on the command line) '[' and ']' keys will increase/decrease the minimum packet rate I've attached the patch, just in case you find it useful. Cheers, Alex
