ncat fails to listen to on a port in windows

Hello!

I am trying to use ncat to listen to a port for some network
troubleshooting, and it fails with the following error:

C:\Documents and Settings\aujaha>ncat -l 4000 -vvv
Ncat: Version 6.00 ( http://nmap.org/ncat )
NCAT DEBUG: Initialized fdlist with 103 maxfds
setsockopt: No error


Sorry, there is not much else I can say about it.....
