Downloaded SVN 29919 and applied the patch.
Ran a test against the same target IPs.

Looks like both the socket leak is fixed
and the binding is working correctly.
Saw only traffic on the alternate route
interface 'eth4'.  No traffic on the
regular default route 'eth5'.

However I'm not sure about the output.
Lot of script errors.  You're in a better
position to determine if this is ok or
if a problem exists.
