NCAT: SOCKS5 support

Hi.

I would like to ask how it looks with SOCKS5 support in Ncat?
I found out that there was "commit ready" patch [1] adding this
support. But it seems that in the end it was not merged because
there were tests missing [2] for ncat test suite. If it is so,
would it be possible to merge the original patch into ncat if
test cases for SOCKS5 are added?
