IPV6 Discovery - In consistent in finding hosts for each scan

With reference to the link: http://nmap.org/6/#changes-ipv6

I have used the below command to discover ipv6 hosts in my network. But
each time I run the same command results in a different number of hosts
discovery..
eg. 1st time 982, second time 1626 etc.,

nmap -v -n -sn --script targets-ipv6-*

Then i tried using single slaac discovery alone..Still the results are
different for each continuous discovery..

Kindly advice..
