Jay, Deduplication based on name is not going to happen at this point because of all the NSE scripts that use the name as-specified in the HTTP Host header, for instance. As it works right now, I can so this: nmap --script hostmap-*,http-title --script-args newtargets -p 80 192.0.2.5 ...and get a list of all the titles of web sites that are hosted on a single IP. List, Personally, I think that nmap should probably do a de-duplication (and also issue a warning, similar to the one given when "-p 1-3,2" is used). I mean, what's the point of wasting time scanning the host 2 times at the same time? What do you all think?
