Trying to delete NSI, but could not find 1 of the purportedly pending events on that IOD.

Does anyone know what "Trying to delete NSI, but could not find 1 of the purportedly pending events on that IOD" means? I get it every time I scan anything other then 127.0.0.1. This happened after I switched networks.
