[NSE] Guardian AST Automatic Tank Gauge

In light of the research that I've done with some of these devices lately
I've decided to write a NSE to by default collect the I20100 command but It
will also support script args to collect other information if you know the
valid command.

Also, inside of the nmap-service-probes file we can add the following.

*Probe TCP atg-inventory q|\x01I20100\n|*
