Ali, Thanks for the bug report. We try to avoid letting NSE scripts crash Nmap, so this is a real bug. I put a fix in r35662 which should solve that issue. The problem with your script, though, is that a socket can either be a regular one that does connect/send/receive, or it can be a pcap socket that does pcap_receive.
