It's strange that it works well today(-。-;)
I'm not sure if it's an mistake made by me, I will test that and report if it happens again.

   Hi,

   I have tested this with Npcap 0.05 r5, win10 10586 x64 but didn't
find this issue. Before I find a way to update to 11099, there're
additional things I want to know. Like is that a x86 or x64 system?
And have you tried other capture filters, like ip6. Then try ping
127.0.0.1 and 0::1 to see if the filter works?

   Cheers,
   Yang

          Win10(11099)
          Capture Filter: tcp port 80
       Except
Only get packages which is tcp and use port 80.
       Got
The same result as no filter was apply(Get All packets).

But it works with all others adapters.
