Hi all,

I was back on track this week after the slow previous week.

Accomplishments:
- Sklearn implementation now returns top 3 results.
- Made progress on changing db representation

Priorities:
- Finish work on changing db representation
- test it on existing models
- try to build just the bare minimum required from opencv
- try to enable top 3 results in the opencv implementation also
