nmap now broken?

so after i installed the new npcap and going to scan w/ nmap using latest release Nmap 7.25BETA1 ( https://nmap.org )


i got this lovely memory error window:


"the instruction at 0x69a951d0 referenced memory at 0x69a481ec. the memory could not be written"
