Appreciate for your prompt response and for your advise.

 

I have been try again with the same link,. but the desktop was still unable to access. When i change other desktop, and 
nmap was normal showing and working well.

 

So i will be keep using the desktop that can working normal.

Vivian,

In your first command, you are missing the "--" before the traceroute option name. So your command should instead be: 
nmap -p4805 -Pn --traceroute example.com

I notice that Zenmap is having difficulty displaying your time zone. I added an issue to our tracker to get this 
resolved: https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues/550
