[RFC] Removing -allow-undefined from ltmain.sh

Greetings List,

There's a flag -allow-undefined which has a comment that suggests it be removed in the future. I couldn't find any 
instance of the same anywhere else, so the change seems fine to me. What are your suggestions? Would removing it be of 
considerable consequence?
