Username check for ARD bruteforce

Hello dev@nmap,

Just raised https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/2190.

Mac ARD login requires a username. Nmap currently does not check if the
username is
empty and errors out. This patch will skip attempts with empty passwords.
