TWAIN scanner redirection

Is anyone familiar with redirecting the input from a TWAIN scanner? I'm
looking into the feasibility of intercepting scanned documents from a
compromised workstation.

I see that Citrix has support for TWAIN redirection, and appear to perform
this with some hooks into the Windows TWAIN driver. I haven't been able to
find a more generic tool to perform this.
