RDC risks

 All,

Should I be concerned about allowing RDP connections outbound?
Are there any known risks to the client host of an RDP session?  I.e. Virus
infection, file sharing, etc..?

I couldn't come up with any on my own or with google.  I figured I would
ping the list to check in on your experiences.
