backing up /etc using svn

svn's a lot of overhead to store a few config files. ?Granted, disk
space isn't what it used to be (small and expensive), but I find RCS and
taking a copy of the RCS repo works quite nicely.

svn's like nuking a building to fumigate it in this case.


I only went svn because I already have svn repos for client work so it
wouldn't need any extra learning curve/tools to get it running.
