Ideas doe recording presentations like Defcon 16

I saw the setup they were using at Defcon 17 and it looks like they AV crew
was using a video switcher to do the video mixing... Im trying to get a
setup to something similar using BionxTV... but its going to require some
outboard USB/FW capture devices.
