What's in your Virtual Machine lab?

On a related note, what do you guys do to avoid Windows XP SP2+ complaining
about validation after 30 days? Just buy a legit copy and snapshot it at
various patch levels with validation? It doesn't get mad?

I understand that some answers to this question might cross a line...if so,
that's still valuable to know that myself, or others who have this problem,
aren't missing something obvious. :)

I'm still bitter about SP2+...
