MFP Forensics

Earlier this week 20/20 ran a spot about MFP (copiers) security and how they
could pull data from the Hard Drive.  They used a forensics tools to
retrieve this data.

Does anyone know what software they were using?

I work for an Office Technology company and have been tasked with trying to
reproduce their findings, but so far cannot get the raw data.
